The bin chute is blocked from the 7th floor and up. This requires a call out, which costs money. We have CCTV, so the responsible person will be billed by Sanders.

Please, people living on the upper floors, do NOT use the bin chute until it has been cleared. Thank you.

Please do not allow workmen who have carried out repairs in your flat to fly tip like this. Not on our doorstep, or anywhere else for that matter. This goes for all residents too. Fly tipping is a criminal offence, as well as being unneighbourly and unsightly. Please also remember we do have CCTV in the building, which also covers the main entrances...

It has been reported to the council, and we can see who dumped it illegally and when!

There is a strong correlation between fly tipping and other antisocial activities. Please do not encourage criminals, thank you.

A resident informed me of kids mucking around in the car park at 6am yesterday. Please be vigilant, and please also remember, there is CCTV (managed by Sainsbury's) and you can always report to the police by calling 101, or reporting on their website. Only call 999 if you think a crime is being committed.

A reminder to all residents! Fly tipping is illegal, as well as antisocial. Hopefully the person who dumped the washing machine/dryer outside this afternoon is waiting for someone to collect it...

Please don't forget that we have CCTV in all communal areas of the building, as well as the front entrance!

On the subject of Amazon packages on the stairs... people have been stealing things. Despite complaining to Amazon and Evri, some couriers still leave stuff there. A few things have gone missing, and yet more packages opened and the contents discarded!!

Please challenge people when they go to leave stuff on the stairs.

Someone was somewhat heavy handed with the exit button. It is being repaired this afternoon. Please handle it with care!

There are some Amazon packages left on the stairs. Please ensure, when you order, that you instruct Amazon to deliver to your door. The lobby is not secure. There are signs in the Lobby, of course, but not all delivery people read them, or take notice of them. I have lost count of how many times I've complained to Amazon, too! 😭😠

Good evening. This is the 10th floor bike and pushchair storage area. A complaint has been received regarding other items being stored there in contravention of storage regulations for Rosemount. If these items belong to you, can you please remove them immediately, or they will be removed without any further warning. Thank you. RRA
