Let’s talk BREEAM ratings!

We’re incredibly proud that many of our projects have achieved BREEAM ratings, a globally recognised framework for assessing the sustainability of buildings.

Orsman Road in London is a prime example of our committed approach to sustainable design, with its BREEAM Excellent rating! This innovative building champions the use of sustainable materials and explores the principles of reduce, reuse and recycle.

Its hybrid structure, combining CLT and steel, allows for future disassembly and repurposing, making it a truly circular project.

A huge shoutout to Waugh Thistleton Architects Ltd and RFM Construction Management Ltd, whose expertise was crucial to the success of this project.

We are thrilled to announce that 6 Orsman Road won the AJ Architectural Award 2022 in the ‘workplace under £10 million’ category 🏆

The 34,000 Sq ft office building has been designed using an innovative structure that combines cross-laminated timber and steel. This means the building can be dismounted, repurposed or recycled at the end of its useful life.

The dismountable partition system means the internal space can be reconfigured quickly for changing tenant demands with minimum waste.
