Netil House Netil House started life as an abandoned college and council offices and has since been transformed into a thriving community with around 300 residents.

Netil House, based near London Fields, offers over 100 studio spaces for creative businesses and is also home to Netil360 rooftop, Morty and Bob’s cafe, NT’s Bar, Netil Market and Netil Radio - a live radio station led by the Netil House community. East London creative community that is home to over 100 independent businesses ranging from music producers to journalists, fashion labels to art resto

rers, photographers to app developers, graphics agencies to a hair salon and even a market - to name but a few. It was the first site developed by Eat Work Art, established in 2009. Aiming to bring like-minded individuals together who champion innovation and collaboration, everyone is welcome, from individual start up artisan traders to a well established website design agency or architecture firm. Four floors of studios include NT's and Morty & Bob's, Glasshouse Salon, Tempo Pilates, Sanctum Studio massage, a rooftop with unrivalled panoramic views of London and our local Hackney market open throughout the week, just next door. Founded by DJs Bessie-Mae and DJ OT, SECTION. was created to fill the gap of non-club spaces within the dance music scene. Through live-streamed sets, visual residencies and collaborations with London’s most forward-thinking artists and labels, their studio at Netil House has become a home for community and experimentation.⁠
