How it works:

First the seller must send us an advert free of charge including a video tour and map of their property we then create a virtual tour similar to Google maps before authorising and posting the advert. Potential buyers buyers can view this add and maybe attend an open house viewing day organised by the seller. Negotiations are directly made between buyer and seller with support from us if needed and only once the property is sold is when we will charge a fixed fee of £100.
