September Update.

Another busy month across Sales and Lettings at Mi Homes, with strong activity continuing across both departments.

Our sales team completed 2 property sales worth a combined £1,775,500, while a further 6 sales were agreed with a total value of £4,507,000. The team also secured 3 new sales instructions during the month.

Lettings delivered another strong set of results, completing 22 lets, 11 of which were new business. This included 6 units secured at our new Windsor development, Felstead House, with further units already secured for next month.

The team also took on 4 new property instructions and generated £434,100 worth of annual rent for landlords.

A fantastic effort from the whole team and another positive month as we continue to help clients across North London and beyond.
