Five Bed Flat/House - £1,750.00 (inclusive of Vat)

Management Fees:

Rent collection Only -9.6% (inclusive of Vat) of the rent collection

Full Management -12% (inclusive of Vat) of the rent collection

Fully comprehensive Management 21% (inclusive of Vat) of the rent collection
