Technical Lead / Automation Architect (PL/EN, remote, B2B)
I’m looking to collaborate with a Technical Lead / System / Automation Architect who can step into existing modules, scripts, and bots, quickly understand them, and help assemble everything into a coherent, scalable system.
Responsibilities:
• analyze and understand existing components (scripts, bots, automations),
• design and assemble a central management system (“Shadow Admin”) with a clear hierarchy:
• root / main admin,
• manager,
• project-level sub-managers,
• define the system architecture, workflows, and integrations (process orchestration, automation, AI integrations are a plus),
• organize, refactor, and scale what already exists, step by step, without rebuilding everything from scratch,
• support architectural decision-making and the long-term technical direction.
Cooperation model:
• remote,
• B2B (Poland / EU),
• time commitment and duration: to be agreed (phased / milestone-based).
Requirements:
• very good command of both Polish and English (technical communication, documentation),
• proven experience designing and assembling complex systems from existing components (not only greenfield projects),
• strong system-level and architectural thinking (not task-only ex*****on).
