Talitha has been an integral part of our team since she joined us back in 2024.

As our Senior Facilities and Compliance Administrator, she's responsible for our PQQ compliance, ISO and SafeContractor accreditations, internal audits, process improvements and health and safety.

Always looking to learn more, she's just completed her IOSH Managing Safely and is now working towards a Level 3 Certificate of Learning with Impellus.

A live, multi-tenanted building moments from Trafalgar Square isn't the easiest place to run a fit-out, but it's exactly where our team's coordinated approach makes the difference.

Our client was ready to modernise the building, lift its energy performance and bring it in line with their sustainability goals. As principal contractor, that meant scheduling internal works and façade improvements around occupiers who stayed in place throughout, often completing operations out of hours to minimise disruption.

Two floors later, and the space is transformed. With stronger energy performance, wellness standards and amenities the occupiers love using day to day. We were soon asked to renovate further floors and complete a fit-out for one of the incumbent tenants.

Last weekend, the Capstone FS team took on the Big Summer Walk in support of Macmillan Cancer Support.

Our team took on The Big Summer Walk Challenge on Saturday and absolutely smashed it. Now we have the medals (and the tan lines) to prove it!

It was a scorcher of a day, but everyone pushed through together, and it was brilliant to see so many of the team take part in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. A huge thank you to everyone who laced up and walked with us.

Not every project comes with photos along the way, and for a private penthouse renovation in Mayfair, that's exactly how our client wants it.

Behind the scenes, our team are installing a new high-end kitchen and bathroom, a modernised outdoor patio, window upgrades, and decorative touches throughout.
