What a fantastic morning, being taken backstage to see the set of Holland Park Opera, the week before opening night! 🤩🎭🎬😎✨

We felt truly privileged today to be discussing a collaboration with the one and only which brings together both seasoned and relatively new professionals to the stage, in the most glorious outdoor environment over the summer months each year … The huge amount of work that goes into this local event every year is phenomenal. We are very lucky that the venue is just a hop, skip and a jump from the office in ‘s largest park.🌳🎭😍🏰

Watch this space for more news how this wonderful collaboration develops during ‘s 30th anniversary year and Rickman Properties’ 25th year in business… 🫶🤞🏼

As we walk about the preparing ourselves for the sweltering days coming later this week, we feel a Bank Holiday weekend approaching… And that can mean one thing, and one thing only…

🥁Time for another round of ‘Guess That Street’! 🥁

The rules are simple - We post photos of one of the Royal Borough’s famous blue plaques and you have to name the street it’s on. The blue plaques denote where famous residents have lived. You may have walked past it, you may have been told about it, or you may have done a cheeky Google search while no one was looking… 😂 We don’t mind as long as you join in the fun and games!🤩🤓😎

Today we’re outside the home of author, James Joyce who lived here in 1931. James Joyce (1882–1941) was a groundbreaking Irish novelist, poet, and literary critic. He is celebrated as one of the most influential figures of the 20th-century modernist movement.

Now have a careful look, take the history book out of the shelf, grab your magnifying glass or monocle 🧐and GUESS THAT STREET (we won’t know if you found the answer online! In fact, we’d be impressed😂)

AI might be changing the property world, but one thing still matters most: people. 🏡✨

You can use AI to search listings, book viewings, or answer quick questions — but buying or selling a home is emotional, personal, and a huge life moment. People still want reassurance, honesty, and someone they trust guiding them through it all. Recent research even found most buyers would still rather speak to a real person than AI when making big property decisions.

The future of property isn’t humans vs AI — it’s humans + AI. Technology can make things faster and smoother, but real relationships, local knowledge, and genuine connection are what turn transactions into great experiences. 💬🤝

A sense of purpose and determination fills the air after last week’s local council elections, and the weekend already seems far behind us as we take a moment to enjoy our sumptuous surroundings on a busy Tuesday in May… And that can mean one thing and one thing only.

🥁Time for another round of ‘Guess That Street’! 🥁

The rules are simple - We post photos of one of the Royal Borough’s famous blue plaques and you have to name the street it’s on. The blue plaques denote where famous residents have lived. Today we’re outside the home of ‘Miss Rose’, a beloved Pekingese who lived at this very house and was commemorated by her owners Theodore and Elsie Crombie, with a private blue plaque in 1966. The plaque reads, ‘quae in hac æde regnabat et nunc et æternum regnat in cordibus nostrum’, which in Latin means ‘she ruled in this house and rules now and forever in our hearts’.
