We are honoured to welcome Ömür Gebeş as a Speaker at the Creative Women Platform Inaugural Assembly in Istanbul, Türkiye, taking place on 13 October 2026.

Ömür Gebeş is an experienced business leader with a career spanning retail, logistics, real estate investment, customs and international trade, duty-free operations and general management. He currently serves as Retail Director at Petrol Ofisi.

Gebeş studied Business Administration and began his professional career at UPS Logistics in Atlanta, gaining experience in international logistics and financial operations before returning to Türkiye in 2001 and joining Petrol Ofisi as an Istanbul Field Manager.
Over the years, he took on a range of managerial responsibilities within Petrol Ofisi, including roles in Real Estate Investment, Retail Sales, and the Aegean and Western Black Sea regions.

In 2009, he joined the General Directorate of Customs and Foreign Trade Operations of Gümrük ve Turizm İşletmeleri A.Ş. (GTİ), where he served as General Manager.

He subsequently took on senior leadership responsibilities at GSM Duty Free, before serving as General Manager of BMC Gate.
This diverse professional journey has given Gebeş a broad perspective on business operations, commercial development and organizational leadership.

We are honoured to welcome Siren Ertan as a Speaker at the Creative Women Platform Inaugural Assembly in Istanbul, Türkiye, taking place on 13 October 2026.

Siren Ertan is a renowned Turkish fashion designer, entrepreneur and founder of Siren Ertan Istanbul and Siren Ertan Couture.
A graduate-level student of Textile Design at Dokuz Eylül University’s Faculty of Fine Arts, she established her own haute couture brand in 2004. Known for her sophisticated, timeless and elegant creations, she has become a respected figure in Türkiye’s luxury fashion industry, collaborating with prestigious national and international brands.

We are delighted to welcome Deniz Erten as a Speaker at the Creative Women Platform Inaugural Assembly in Istanbul, Türkiye, taking place on 13 October 2026.

A specialist in international banking and finance law, Erten has built a professional career while simultaneously pursuing her work across music, literature, philosophy, performing arts, and sports - connecting law with art, research with creativity, music with thought, and intellectual inquiry with storytelling.

With a background in theatre training, she has also worked as a screenwriter and producer. Her work across different creative mediums reflects a continuing interest in storytelling — and in exploring how ideas can be transformed into experiences for an audience.

Another important chapter in Erten’s multidisciplinary journey has been her participation in international platforms focused on religion, philosophy, and thought. At the World Religious and Philosophical Leaders gathering held in South Korea, Erten was presented and invited as one of the prominent religious and philosophical figures from Türkiye.

Deniz Erten’s story represents far more than a conventional career path.Perhaps the most fitting way to describe Deniz Erten is as a multidisciplinary creative. In her world, these different disciplines do not exist separately; they inform and enrich one another.

We are honoured to welcome H.E. Professor Princess Victoria Ayishetu Enape as a Speaker at the Creative Women Platform Inaugural Assembly in Istanbul, Türkiye, taking place on 13 October 2026.

A Princess by Birth, Victoria did not allow her family background affect her destiny as she worked hard to become an asset to her office, Nigeria, and the world at large. She was appointed as an accredited Peace Ambassador of WOLMI to United Nation in the year 2021.

Victoria Ayishetu Enape has about 30 years work experience as an Accountant in various organizations.
She was employed by the federal government of Nigeria, is an autor of three books, and is an a Professor of Accounting and Finance.

Her hobby is writing, reading, travelling, golfing and humanitarian services. She speaks Igala and English language.

A pioneering figure in global wellness, Belgin brings more than 30 years of experience across tourism, hospitality and wellbeing, driven by a mission to inspire healthier lives and positive social impact.

In 2012, she founded Global Wellness Day, an international social movement built around the belief that “One day can change your whole life.” Celebrated annually on the second Saturday of June, the initiative has reached millions worldwide through complimentary activities encouraging physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

Karen’s journey is one of the most remarkable stories in British fashion. In 1981, with a £100 loan, she began creating white shirts to sell to friends. Her entrepreneurial success has been matched by a longstanding commitment to philanthropy and social impact.
