Loved this flat in Chiswick on the market with Horton and Garton. There are more flats within this development block all on the market with Horton and Garton

Such a great location right on Chiswick High Road. This is our local area as most of our team are based Ealing, Acton and Hanwell and the Green is really looking beautiful at the moment in full spring mode!

Did you know that Chiswick High Road originally was part of an ancient Roman road that ran out of London? Also, Chiswick is derived from Cheesewick, old English for Cheese Farm which is suitable given there’s still a Sunday cheese market! THANKYOU to A Lady in London for the info! Love knowing the history of places in London, and with London being made of lots of villages, there’s so much to learn!

Also, Chiswick has great shops as well! Chiswick Cinema High Road Brasserie Chiswick Auctions The Old Cinema MINT VELVET - basically some of my favourite places right on your doorstep! And the beautiful Chiswick House & Gardens Trust and Hogarth's House (which I’m embarrassed to say I’ve never been and it’s on my wish list!) nearby too. Well’s worth an explore if you don’t know the area!

We created a calming and comfortable styling to show the spaces and what a lovely flat it is. It also has lovely views of the communal gardens - something that I love about London are all the that these apartments and houses have access to.

Leighton Gardens, Kensal Rise.

My old hood, we were Notting Hill for a decade, then when we had our first son we moved to Kensal Rise, then before our second, to Ealing. So I have a soft spot for this area, many happy memories!

I loved staging this property, and collaborating with the interior designer

She’s done an amazing job, and we wanted to make sure the staging continued her vision. We wanted to use warm Autumn colours and textures such as the velvet chairs, the walnut coffee table, vintage style rugs. We used burgundy in the principle bedroom with throws and cushions from - you can’t go wrong ! Love all their products!

As the house is classic heritage in design, it was a joy to use some of our original collection pieces. Did you know Cullum Design has been staging home for over 30 years? My parents started the business and I’m so happy to use some of these pieces from when they were staging townhouses. The painting in the Library is actually a family portrait of my ancestors! I love to make these homes feel like there’s a narrative, a story, history of the family that live there, and to achieve this you need to mix it up to make it unique.

Loved working with my client and helping with the sourcing and purchasing of items for this lovely mews house in Marylebone. There were already some items in place so it was decided it was better to buy then hire. We worked to a really tight time frame as they’d arranged for to photo the house.

Sourcing items quickly and that worked with the house was tricky but we went to for the headboards and bedsides and art from and accessories from and other places. We did it! It looks great and is now on the market with
