🎄 Bringing Christmas Cheer to Sand Wood! 🎄

We brought festive magic to our Sand Wood show home, decorating it for Christmas and welcoming the wonderful Family Senior School Portlaoise choir to bring seasonal cheer.

Despite the rain, the children sang brilliantly, creating a truly magical atmosphere. We were delighted to collaborate with the school and celebrate the joy of the season with the community.

Our sincere thanks to Hume Auctioneers for their help in arranging the day, and to Natasha Rocca Devine at NRD Design Studio for the wonderful Christmas decorations that made the show home so special.

Coming Soon: Benfield Valley, Hove

We’re delighted to share new drone footage of Benfield Valley – the site of a new neighbourhood that puts heritage and community at its heart.

Hollybrook is bringing forward a sensitive, heritage-led scheme of 101 new homes, 40% of which will be affordable. At its centre, the Grade II-listed Benfield Barn will be restored and repurposed into a vibrant community hub with a café, events space, and wildlife interpretation centre.

Signal House, Wimbledon – Latest Update

Our latest drone footage shows strong progress on site, with the first floor now nearing completion using the FP McCann precast system. Signal House is on track for completion in Summer 2026, ready for the new academic year.

Progress Update from 144 Kingston Road, Wimbledon
Check out the latest drone footage of this project, designed by Stephen Marshall Architects. Construction is in full swing for 271 PBSA rooms, set to be delivered by September 2026.

It’s been a busy week leading up to Christmas, with Murphy completing piling works by Friday and substation works underway. Looking ahead, we’re gearing up for an eventful year collaborating with our fantastic subcontractors, including Modebest, Morgan Cass, FP McCann, RED Systems Ltd, and many more!
