SECRETS ON HOW TO REMAIN AN “ODOGWU” OR “ASA ODOGWU”

This is what are on my mind to share with you my lovelies :

In the past several days, there has been news and stories about slumps and strokes

People experiencing great deal of stress, including stress from their work, relationships, and their finances.

It is critical to practise self-care techniques like mindfulness, exercising, getting enough sleep, taking holidays, and asking friends and professionals for support
if you want to prevent major stress related illnesses.

Wives should advise their husbands to get adequate amount of sleep and rest.

Most of them work from Monday to Friday and sometimes on Saturday and Sundays and enduring lengthy times in traffic jams that frustrate and drains them.

We all know that if something were to happen to them, "Asa Odogwu" would no longer apply.

It is never going to be our portion in Jesus Amen 🙏

Before taking any medication, please visit a lab or hospital to ensure that the right diagnosis are done and the right medical treatment is received.

Take your medication as prescribed by your doctor if you have a medical condition.

If you have high blood pressure, you should always take your prescription as and when due .

Consider them as supplements. Do not consider it an illness okayy and get as much rest as possible.
Maintain a clear mind.

Do not hold grudges against one another. Take life lightly and find peace 🙏 where possible.
