The house has 6 spacious bedrooms, all with garden view. Two of them are on the ground floor and are equipped with double beds; one of these rooms has an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs are another four bedrooms. Two have double beds, the other two are equipped with single beds. Furthermore, one of the rooms with double bed has an en-suite bathroom, too. Every bedroom has enough space for a crib. All four bathrooms of the house are with bath tub.

In the winter, the central heating and the 3 fire places generate a warm and cozy atmosphere. In summer you just have to open the windows and let in the crisp sea breeze. Additionally, there are 4 fans that can be used as needed.

The villa has two tastefully decorated living rooms: one on the ground floor (28 m2) and one upstairs (34 m2). Their elegant furnishing and equipment will leave nothing to be desired. Both are spacious and the perfect place where you can relax on the comfy sofas, read a good book, watch satellite TV or surf the internet.

The kitchen on the ground floor is completely equipped. You will find all the utensils you may need in order to cook your favorite meals while you enjoy the view of the garden.

The town of Son Servera is 5 km away and has many traditional restaurants. You will like to see Artà and Capdepera, two villages with a warm and welcoming medieval flair. In Porto Cristo you will find the Coves del Drach, a “must” when you visit this area of Mallorca.

If you like golf, tennis or paddle, you are lucky! In a ratio of 15 km you will find up to 5 golf courses (Golf Son Servera, P**a Golf Club, Golf Canyamel, Golf Capdepera und Rotana Golf) as well as a paddle and tennis club. If you prefer to ride a bicycle you can do some lovely trips to Artà chapel or the lighthouse in Cala Ratjada.

This peerless property is located between the towns of Inca and Llubí. Llubí is known for its caper production and its Tuesday morning marking is an interesting visit. Inca is one of the most important towns in Mallorca due to its leather tradition, and where you can find lots of shops with high quality leather products. It also has its famous Thursday morning market and is known for its "Dijous Bo" festivities. The nearest white sandy beach is Alcúdia where you can enjoy the great tourist atmosphere it has. You can also take advantage of the variety of water sports available to you, such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skis.

CONGRE LLucmajor Villa

This beautiful house for 12 guests with private pool is located in the urbanization of Sa Torre, a few kilometers from Cala Blava and Palma de Mallorca.

This unique property has a private chlorine pool with a size of 12m x 6m and a depth of 1.6m to 2.1m. It is surrounded by a terrace and 10 sun loungers, an outdoor shower and garden furniture so you can enjoy the maximum of the good weather. There are four bicycles available for our guests. With the built-in barbecue you can prepare delicious dishes outdoors. This beautiful home is situated in a quiet area with only a few neighbours.

From the pool you have access to a large living room with ceiling fans and satellite TV. There is a plenty of space so you can enjoy meetings or meals with friends or family. The living room gives access to two bedrooms with 2 single beds each, they don´t have a door, but they have a curtain. Apart from these two bedrooms, there is another bedroom with double bed, which has a door. On the same floor there is a kitchen with a dishwasher, basic cooking utensils, a microwave, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board and a vitro hob. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with a shower on this floor.

On the first floor there is a living room with white sofas and a terrace overlooking the pool. Here it is the fully equipped kitchen including a gas hob as well. The three bedrooms on this floor all have a double bed and there are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower an one with a bath tub. Two of the bedrooms on this floor have air conditioning. We can provide up to two cots and two high chairs on request. This beautiful home is decorated with style and offers plenty of space to enjoy a holiday with friends and family.

The urbanization of Sa Torre is located in the municipality of Llucmajor. In the neighbourhood there are many wonderful beaches, like Cala Blava, Cala Pi and Arenal. Cala Pi and Cala Blava are quiet beaches more dedicated for families. El Arenal is a lively beach to party and have a drink at night. In Sa Torre you will find a supermarket, cafes and some good restaurants.

The island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, is about twenty minutes drive. The Pearl of the Mediterranean is famous for its cathedral next to the sea, as well for Castle of Bellver with his panoramic views over the city, the harbour and the beautiful old town, where you can see the ornate courtyards. Many shops of all kind make the city a metropolis for shopping and the excellent restaurants offer delights for every taste.

There are 4 bathrooms in the house. Three of them are located upstairs and two of them are en suite (one with bath tub and the other one with shower cabin). The one upstairs which is not en suite has a whirlpool bath tub and a shower cabin. Downstairs you will find another bathroom with only WC and washbasin.
Take your own piece of paradise! Start your day with a large breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the privacy of this idyllic setting. The terrace measure is furnished with a table and a chill out zone with rocking chairs. Pass your day relaxing by the pool on one of the 4 sun loungers, enjoying the peace of the place. In less than 10 minutes walking you reach the nice sand beach Cala Vinyes where you can enjoy a relaxing day on the beach. You will find a small supermarket and a few nice restaurants there. In a few minutes driving by car, you will reach the animated city Magaluf where you will find lots of supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors and a wide range of leisure and sports activities. In Magaluf you can dance and party all night long, because there is a big variety of discotheques and bars. Apart of the beach of Cala Vinyes you will find lots of nice beaches in the zone, for example: Cala Falcó, Portals Vells, Platja des Mag and much more.
In 15 minutes driving by car you will reach the harbour of Portals Nous, which is famous for its excellent restaurants and shops. Have a delicious dinner looking at the luxurious yachts next to the small, colourful fishing boats. The popular villages Andratx, Port d’Andratx, Santa Pons and Peguera are between 15 and 30 minutes driving by car from the house.
The capital Palma de Mallorca is also quite close and is worth visiting it. You will reach it easy and fast through the motorway. The outdoor area of this accommodation is dreamy. You will have access to a 13x6.5m salty swimming pool with a depth ranging from 0.5m to 2m. Children will have fun playing in the garden or on the swing. This property features 1 outdoor bathroom next to the pool, 14 sun loungers, 1 table tennis and 1 barbecue, where you will be able to prepare delicious meals. Behind the pool there is 1 furnished porch (56 m2), where you can enjoy al-fresco dining with your loved ones. The second porch (30 m2) is a lovely corner to read a book and is situated at the rear of the house. Furthermore, there are 3 unfurnished terraces on the first floor.

This 400 m2 house offers accommodation on 3 floors and 2 buildings. 5 bedrooms without A/C, 2 kitchens, the living-dining area and 4 bathrooms are situated in the main house. 1 bedroom with double bed and in suite bathroom lies on the GF, the others on the 1F (3 with double bed each and one of them with in suite bath and the 4th room with 2 twin beds). The other 2 bedrooms, both with double bed, A/C and in suite baths are located in the second building. Both houses are separated by a small passage (to reach the second building, you have to leave the main house). We can supply 2 cots upon request. Apart of the 4 in suite bathrooms, you will find 1 shower bathroom on the 1F and 1 washroom on the GF, both in the main house, and 1 outdoor bath next to the pool.

The cozy living room and the dining room area is the ideal place to share long table-talks with your friends. The main house features 2 kitchens, a big one with ceramic hob and a smaller one with gas stove. There, you will find everything you need to cook up a feast. Furthermore, there's a washer, an iron and an ironing board.

This cottage is located near the tourist area of Portocolom. At the harbour, you can watch the "llaüts", small fishermen's boats. A 15 minutes' drive takes you to Cala Millor, where you can enjoy a nice day with your kids in the safari-zoo. A nice boat trip with the famous boat "Starfish" along the east coast is a unforgettable experience and shows you virgin bays like Cala Estreta or Cala Mitjana.
If what you want is practise the perfect swing, Vall d'Or golf course is just a short drive from the property. In Portocolom you can rent bicycles, practise watersports, enjoy nightlife or have a nice dinner in a typical restaurant.
