Remove and dispose of existing carpet and underlay.
Inspect and secure all floorboards to eliminate movement and squeaks.
Prepare subfloor and install plywood throughout, mechanically fixed and levelled where required.
Supply and install engineered oak herringbone flooring with precise alignment and layout.
Install decorative perimeter border with detailed mitre cuts and high-finish craftsmanship.
Fit matching beading/scotia around all edges for a complete finish.
Clean work area and remove all waste materials from site.
