Great news! After a 22-month journey, our planning application for 11 residential apartments on our Greenbelt land in Benfleet (Essex) has been approved at the Castlepoint Council committee meeting last Tuesday evening. We were initially refused in December 2017, but as always, patience and perseverance in planning have paid off. A huge thank you to everyone who supported us on this tremendous journey!
