Having come from a family of Realtors, his grandfather met his grandmother knocking on her door to see if she would like to sell her house, Keith has been involved in real estate all his life. o children in the 90’s as a single father, his real estate career allowed him the flexibility to be involved in his children’s lives. He spent many years coaching AYSO soccer teams, club soccer teams & water polo. Now that the children are adults, that commitment he made to them has paid off. Lisa has a successful career in a law office and Mike is a water polo/swim coach at Fountain Valley High School, NOVA Aquatics, a Newport Beach Lifeguard & an aspiring High School Teacher
When the market started to change in 1990 he received training to become a HUD Authorized Agent. This allowed him to sell the FHA Foreclosures. Through this marketing he became an Authorized REO Agent for Directors Mortgage. He was selling 3 to 4 HUD Homes a month in a down market! It was this experience that allowed him to be put on the Directors Mortgage list of approved REO Brokers. He then represented Directors Mortgage in the sale of their REO’s
through out the early 90’s until Directors Mortgage was sold. In the early part of the 21st Century he received his Brokers License. This allowed him to open up his own company SellsOrangeCounty.com, which he still operates today! Working as a Full Time Realtor since 1989 he has seen many different markets. This current one is just another ebb. While real estate markets ebb and rise, there is one constant… Hardwork works! Keith has always put his clients wants and needs above all else.
