This one took way too long. Problems with builders, Covid issues, material price rises looooong delays. The list is endless.
Finally finished.. (minus a few snags)

Spent around £100k adding a loft with ensuite and completely refurbing from top to bottom - taking it from a three bed one bath to a four bed three bathroom house.

£900k+ new sales valuation
£2,800-£3,000pm rent
