1️⃣Get your source of funds evidence ready. Whether it’s savings, a gift from family, or an inheritance, you’ll need to show where your deposit came from. Gathering bank statements and paperwork early means no last minute scrambling and fewer delays.

2️⃣Instruct a specialist mortgage broker. They’ll do the hard work of comparing lenders for you and match you with a mortgage that actually suits your situation.
