A discreet integrated garage and gated entrance create a strong sense of arrival, reinforcing the home's presence and elegance from the street.⁠

Strip-out and demolition are now complete, with the new dormer windows starting to take shape 👏

To the rear, the sloping garden will be transformed with a series of terraces, creating a stronger connection between the house and outdoor space 🌿

The original house will retain its timeless character, with a combination of red brick, white render and traditional clay roof tiles, while the two-storey extension introduces a contemporary contrast through slim-framed glazing and elegant steel roof detailing.⁠

Designed to strengthen the connection with the garden, the additional accommodation will provide a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, alongside a family living space at lower ground floor level that opens directly onto the landscaped outdoor areas.⁠

A new build home designed by our team for a client in Kingston upon Thames, with a traditional architectural style that sits beautifully within its leafy surroundings.⁠

Our client wanted a garden-level swimming pool within the spacious grounds, creating a place to enjoy the outdoors and spend more time entertaining at home. We also designed a seating area known as a loggia, which you can see positioned between the house and pool, seamlessly connecting the spaces for outdoor dining and relaxation.

The staircase itself features a striking curved design, finished in crisp white and a minimal aesthetic - a real focal point within the home 🏡

The lift runs from the basement to the second floor, future-proofing the property and ensuring it remains fully accessible, while integrating seamlessly into the overall design. Rather than being an addition, it forms part of the staircase concept itself.

🏗️ Work is well underway on this new build home in Kingston upon Thames, with some progress pictures to date! 🏗️

Following the demolition of the original property, construction is now progressing on this completely new luxury family home, designed by our team. These images capture the journey so far — from demolition and foundations through to the structure beginning to take shape 👷‍♂️✨

Set on a substantial plot, the new home will feature a basement leisure suite, six bedrooms, and a spacious open-plan living area designed for modern family life 🏡

For this Wimbledon new build, our client came to us wanting something completely unique and modern - both internally and externally.⁠
⁠
As with all of our projects, we explored a range of exterior options using different combinations of stone, timber, steel and tile finishes across the facade. Here, the warmth of the timber contrasts beautifully with the light tiles, while the minimal glazing enhancing the clean architectural lines.⁠
⁠
