N & N Properties N & N Properties is an Estate and Lettings agency specialising in Guaranteed Rent and Property Management.

We take pride in dealing with the full 360 cycle of renting a property from refurbishments and development to finding and managing tenants for the duration of their tenancies. We are extremely hands-on and always aim to exceed expectations. Our primary aim is to ensure our landlords don't have to lift a finger. Our managing director, Nathan Eriemo is self-motivated, customer-driven & proactive. He

started his career in financial services working in banking and insurance. He worked his way up to becoming the youngest Branch Manager at one of the UK's top insurance brokers. He then went on to work in the property sector where he procured properties for local authorities and managed a portfolio of over 900 properties.
