• The site is situated between the Railway lines, to the North, and Pooley House, to the South. The project also borders the Regent’s Canal, to the East, and has residential domestic properties in Bradwell Street and Longnor Road, to the West.
• The projects superstructure consists of RC Frame, with a facade comprising of Cladding and brick work
