An extensive refurbishment to a hotel in South Kensington, London. T
he refurbishment consisted of a complete overhaul of a property in a previously terrible condition which was full of asbestos.
We successfully converted the property into a higher standard hotel, comprising of 88 rooms, breakfast room and an elegant reception area. After the refurbishment, our customer has had an increase in bookings and rates of the property have increased to 100% positive.
Total project cost: £3.1m. Duration: 12 months.
