One Housing, part of the Riverside Group Limited, helps people to live better by providing high quality homes and care across London and the South East. We manage approximately 17,000 homes and have plans to build 5,000 over the next ten years. We are also the largest provider of care in London and the South East, supporting over 9,500 people to help them live independently. We work hard to make a

positive difference to our residents’ lives by promoting aspiration, independence and well-being through a broad ranging employment and training offer which is aimed at helping our residents find work and access a range of training and support services.

One Housing provides high quality homes and care. We manage around 16,000 homes across London and surrounding counties and care for over 11,500 people to help them live independently.

We're a not-for-profit organisation - we have no shareholders. But because we're committed to doing everything we can to tackle the housing shortage, we run a wide range of commercial, profit-making projects and schemes to pay for new affordable homes and services for the people we house and care for.

Since 2011 we have delivered more than 1,500 new affordable homes and we plan to build 3,600 more by 2019 to help meet the housing shortage. We offer a wide range of housing options including homes for social rent in partnership with local councils as well as homes for affordable rent, shared ownership, private rent and private sale.

We are a member of the g15 group of London housing associations.
