⏳ Landlords: the clock is ticking.

You now only have a few days left until 31st May to send tenants the Renters’ Rights Information Sheet.

One important thing many landlords are missing? Simply sending it may not be enough. You should also be able to prove the tenant received it. While a physical signature is not legally required, having clear confirmation of receipt could be incredibly important if questions are ever raised later.

Miss the deadline or fail to follow the correct process, and landlords could face penalties of up to ÂŁ7,000.
