We know seven people who will enjoy a very merry Christmas this year! Michael May, Charlotte Routledge, Alex King, Ryan Oakley, Oliver West, Elliot Evans & Sam Fowler all round off 2025 with a major milestone as they celebrate becoming MRICS, as Chartered Surveyors.

Many know how tough the APC process can be – it’s a rigorous test of knowledge, ethics and experience. It can require a couple of attempts to make it through.

We support all our graduates through the process with advice, opportunities to gain practical knowledge, our grad days tailored to APC topics, and many mock interviews to help them get comfortable with what it can be like 'in the room'.

This year, our Senior Directors held their annual conference in Cheltenham, and each year, TFT Consultants makes a donation to a charity, local to the venue of the conference.

For 2025, Cheltenham Open Door was the charity chosen to receive a contribution to help with their fund raising. Cheltenham Open Door supports people suffering homelessness, addiction, mental health issues and housing problems.

Dr Cheryl Whiting joined Alistair Allison and the Senior Directors at the Ellenborough Park hotel to give some insight into the valuable work the charity provides for those within the local community who need it the most.
