Harris Homes manage a large portfolio of rental properties throughout London. Our staff are experts in all areas of letting and managing property, from moving in to moving out. We will help you with everything from the legal to the practical aspects of letting your property, to ensure that the whole process is easy and trouble-free. Prior to marketing, a lettings valuer will visit your property to ascertain an accurate value of the property and discuss our recommendations and strategies with you. As soon as a new property becomes available to let, a tried and tested operation begins. All our lettings receive an extensive advertising campaign with internal and external photography to ensure that it generates maximum interest. Furthermore, Harris Homes have a constant supply of waiting tenants who will be introduced to your property as soon as it becomes available. All our tenants are professionally vetted and referenced by an independent company to ensure their suitability. Introductory Service
Our introductory service includes:
• Full marketing campaign
• Accompanied viewings
• Finding suitable tenants
• Reference checking
• Drawing-up contracts, (Assured Short-hold Tenancy agreements)
• Following this, the first month’s rent and usually a tenancy deposit is collected and credited to the Landlord less our agreed fee. Managing the tenancy, including the maintenance and rent collection, will then be the responsibility of the Landlord. Our Property Management service includes:
