We are one of the area's longest serving estate agents having been in Colliers Wood, Tooting and South Wimbledon for over 20 years. & Merton Abbey Mills. Proprietor of the Tooting branch, Stuart Murray, knows Tooting like the back of his hand so his knowledge of the area is unrivaled. Having ridden out two recessions, Stuart's sales ability is second to none and there is very little he doesn't know about the industry. He's encountered, and over come, just about every sales & lettings issue there is. Being an independent agency, Stuart offers a truly 'personal service'. Vendors, landlords and applicants have access to Stuart 7 days a week - and some even have his home phone number! He has valued properties as early as 6:30am and as late as 10pm to fit around clients' busy schedules. He's driven to the coast to find a freeholder in the evening (with success). Sheridan is the real brains in the office having got degrees from both Oxford & Cambridge University. Her plans are to teach at Oxford Uni but until then she's enjoying the completely different area of property! Sheridan has a wonderful manner and our vendors & landlords constantly compliment her professionalism. Her eye for a 'perfect' tenant has meant our management issues are very low which is great news for our landlords. We have two office support ladies, Yvonne & Theresa and our financial matters are dealt with at our Colliers Wood branch. We also don't have endless sales & marketing weekly meetings so unless we're on a viewing or valuation you'll always be able to speak to someone who really knows your property. You won't have to speak with someone in the office who needs 'a few minutes' to access a database to find out more about your property. Everyone in our office is kept in the sales & letting loop. We really offer you a service you are unlikely to find with a large franchise estate agency. We don't have a fancy sales brochure and we don't wear phone head sets. We don't charge the earth in commission and we don't charge for anything and everything. If you need a bulb changed Stuart will probably just nip round and do it himself.... no charge! We don't even have a fancy bar in the office. But we do have knowledge, service and the ability to give you a straightforward & honest service. And a cup of builders tea, if you fancy one.
