Part-time Property Management Assistant.
We are a growing property management company that provide our tenants with great places to rent as well as great landlord services.
An opportunity has now become available to provide a driven 'can-do' individual the chance to be a part our team and gain extensive experience in property management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Taking calls from clients and handling all tenant enquires
* Organising new advertisements and monitoring responses
* Conducting property viewings efficiently and providing details to tenants in a professional manner
* Liaising with tenants on tenancy related issues
* Visiting properties to conduct inspections
* Preparing rooms to be re-let
* General administration tasks and supporting the team with additional duties when required
Key Requirements:
* Good organisational skills
* Excellent well-spoken phone manner
* Live in the local area and have access to your own vehicle
* Able to start immediately or as soon as possible
* Ability to exercise initiative and diplomacy to manage the often differing expectations between tenants and landlords.
* Basic understanding of property lettings / property management
