Mel B, Gemma Collins and Rochelle Humes—quite a lineup for a Monday in London. ✨
Yesterday I joined BritishBeautyCouncil for the British Beauty Week Industry Day in Covent Garden, and there were a few things I wanted to share with you.
First, Rochelle’s grey suit and yellow shoes. 💛 If you tend to stick to neutrals, a colourful shoe is such a lovely way to make an outfit feel more interesting.
She also spoke about building My Little Coco™️ Shop at Boots, TESCO, Amazon, & Ocado and her new skincare brand, eulahskin—two names to explore if you enjoy discovering the women and stories behind your beauty products.
Then there was “scary spice Mel B”’s unmistakable confidence and Gemma Clair Collins © bringing all her personality to TikTok LIVE with Revolution Beauty. I came away thinking how refreshing it is to see women being so completely themselves.
The Buy Women Built display struck a chord too. Having built several businesses myself, I know how much work goes into bringing an idea to life. It made me want to look a little closer at who’s behind the products I buy.
I went for the beauty, but hearing how these women built their businesses was the part I loved most. And Rochelle’s yellow shoes have definitely given me ideas. 💛
