The 36,877 sq ft facility will offer modern, flexible accommodation, including a mezzanine, offices, and a secure service yard. Located within the Lydden Road Locally Significant Industrial Area, the development will feature renewable energy, urban greening, and biodiversity enhancements, with BREEAM Outstanding targeted.
