Planning permission has been secured for 78-90 Colmore Row, marking a key step in its evolution – a sensitive refurbishment that balances heritage with modern functionality.
Working with GPAD Architects, we’re carefully retaining and refurbishing this Edwardian Neo-Baroque landmark, preserving its architectural character while enhancing accessibility, introducing a new business lounge, and strengthening connectivity to Cathedral Square.
