In October 2018 Added Value Capital has signed an agreement with US investment bank Chatsworth Securities, which has clients with over U$ 1 trillion in network to be invested.

This partnership aims to help Chatsworth's clients to select and purchase in Europe large real estate assets, either single properties or portfolios, with deals 50 million EUR plus deal size (assets accumulated value).
