Dear Residents of Colliers Wood & the Surrounding Area,
In 1989, I began my estate agency career that has led me to this moment, a bittersweet but deeply fulfilling turning point in my life.
Twenty-one years ago, I founded eddisonwhite estate agents with its first branch in Colliers Wood with a simple goal to offer an honest, personal, and professional service to the community I lived in & cared so much about. Over the years, it has grown into 3 branches & one of the most respected agencies in the area, something I’m immensely proud of.
Running a business is never easy, the days are long, the responsibilities & stress constant but I wouldn’t trade a second of it. I've had the privilege of working alongside and for some truly remarkable people.
After decades of doing a job I’ve loved and that has given me so much, the time has come to hang up my keys and focus on something equally important: taking care of myself and spending more time with those I love most.
As eddisonwhite enters a new chapter, I’m proud to share that we’ve joined forces with KFH (Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward), one of London’s most established and respected estate agencies. This wasn’t a decision made lightly, my priority has always been the team & our clients. This partnership ensures they continue to receive the highest standard of care, now with even greater resources and reach. Importantly, our trusted team remains the same still guided by the values, dedication and personal service that have defined us from the start.
A special thank you goes to my wife and co-director, Cola, my rock. Her tireless hard work, support and unwavering belief in this journey has been the foundation of everything we’ve achieved together.

It’s been an honour to serve our community for over two decades from Street Planting, School Fairs, Merton Dog Shows, Litter Picks, Little League football & much more, I’m truly excited about what the future holds for our clients, for our team and for the next chapter of eddisonwhite within the KFH family.
