This loft conversion was designed to feel bright and airy, with floor-to-ceiling glazing flooding the principal bedroom with natural light. The external pipework is concealed and traditional materials have been used for a sleek and elegant look which ties in with the rest of the building.
The dressing room makes full use of the roof’s increased ridge height, with generous headroom and clean, built-in storage.
Drawers are tucked seamlessly into the eaves to maximise space without compromising flow.
A calm, modern ensuite completes the space — all designed, built and finished in-house.

A reclaimed London stock brick party wall grounds the space; frameless skylights and sleek sliding doors bring in light and open seamlessly to the garden.
Bespoke joinery integrates bar and wine store with a discreet air conditioning unit above.
Chevron oak flooring runs throughout, meeting a honed marble garden.
Bathrooms clad in book-matched marble, finished with brushed brass fittings for a quiet, cohesive palette.

Our Crescent Road project, photographed one year on by the talented The crittall doors combine effortlessly with the painted steel beams and patinated brass tap to give this modern kitchen an industrial feel. We installed three frameless, triple-glazed skylights, island with downdraught extractor and herringbone oak floor to tie this wonderful space together.

Meet Andy and Ryan, owners of Rrapo Construction. An established south west end-to-end construction company, in the residential and commercial space.

Problem solving is Andy’s forte, you’ll often find him providing on-hand practical solutions to resolve challenges that may arise during renovations. With a strong background in engineering and construction, Andy oversees all structural and technical aspects of the build.

Ryan is the client’s first point of contact, establishing their needs and how they are best served. He guides them through the construction process, working with the clients to create the project scope.

We pride ourselves on project management and deliver all builds with our in-house team. We do not subcontract our works out, allowing us to control quality and meet deadlines. Through clear communication and aligned vision with our clients, we build beautiful spaces.
