About the Roles:
We are looking for skilled professionals in the following areas:
ELECTRICIANS will handle electrical systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations.
MULTI-TRADERS, PLUMBERS, CARPENTERS, and PLASTERERS will perform maintenance in occupied domestic properties, with tasks tailored to their expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
> Depending on the role: install, maintain, and repair specific systems or perform general maintenance.
> Comply with all relevant safety and quality regulations.
> Diagnose problems, organize jobs using a PDA system.
> Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Specific Requirements:
Electricians:
> City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation, including the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
> Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical work, with a strong preference for candidates with testing and inspecting skills.
> Social housing experience is highly preferred.
> Proficiency in testing, diagnosing, and repairing electrical systems.
Plumbers, Carpenters, and Plasterers:
> Relevant trade certification or proven experience in the field.
> Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential or commercial property maintenance.
> Skilled in using tools and equipment specific to their trade.
Multi Traders:
> Proven skills in carpentry, tiling, plastering, and basic plumbing.
> Experience in social housing or domestic maintenance preferred.
> Ability to handle multiple types of maintenance tasks.
All Candidates:
> Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
> Full UK driving license.
> Previous experience using PDA systems for job management.
