Our established lettings team comprises a Lettings manager, negotiators and administration staff all of which work together to offer a very smooth service. We have fined tuned our service to exacting standards and offer the full spectrum of the lettings procedure from Inventories to furniture to the latest up to date tenancy agreements. We hold deposits in our Tenancy Deposit registered Account and can fully manage your property from rent collection to Overseas Landlord Tax returns. In addition we are also unique in taking our commission on a month by month basis. No upfront lettings fees or annual renewal charges. If we collect your rent we simply take out our agreed commission on a month by month basis. If you need to end the tenancy early our commission stops!*
