For this week’s Meet the Team Monday we are chatting to Neil Fleming 👋

Neil joined B&CO in 2021 having previously worked as a Project Manager for a mechanical and electrical subcontractor. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous role, that is now deployed in his day-to-day work as a consultant side Project Manager.

Neil has now delivered a number of schemes for our clients including GPE and Landsec, and achieved his AssocRICS accreditation.

Both The Featherstone Building and Arding and Hobbs have been awarded at the RIBA London 2026 Awards! 🏆👏

B&CO are delighted to have awarded Practical Completion of Network W1.

The project delivers 141,200 sq.ft of fully let intelligent workspace across 9 floors, including a double height reception, private terraces, landscaped roof garden, premium end of trip facilities, public realm improvements and two prime retail units.

The scheme involved demolition of the existing building, piling and basement works, a high quality precast façade package and full MEP integration with exposed services. The exposed concrete core and visible services required stringent quality control throughout, alongside the management of complex interfaces with surrounding occupied buildings.

We are proud to have supported the delivery of the project from feasibility stage on behalf of Derwent London, and thank all those involved in its completion.

We are excited to share that we have successfully secured planning consent for Faryners House on behalf of Monument Estates.

The project will comprise 97,000 sq.ft of Grade A workplace on 10 upper floors, with selected levels benefiting from external terraces offering views towards the Monument and the River Thames. Retaining the existing basement to reduce embodied carbon, the project is targeting top sustainability standards with a strong focus on environmental performance.

The redevelopment will introduce a new Visitor Centre celebrating the Monument to the Great Fire of London, designed to enhance views of the structure and improve the surrounding public realm. A new cycle hub, alongside improved pedestrian routes and landscaped areas, supports sustainable travel and helps re‑establish elements of the site’s historic piazza.

Thank you to the team involved for their hard work so far, and we are looking forward to see the project develop over the coming months!

B&CO are thrilled to confirm the practical completion of 334 Oxford Street - The M Building.

The project provides 279,625sq.ft of fully pre-let CAT A office space, 13,035sq.ft of landscaped terraces and 66,395sq.ft of retail along one of London’s most celebrated streets.

The scheme involved the partial demolition, retention and extension of Debenham’s flagship store to provide premium workspace and landscaped terraces with a focus on providing a modern, sustainable mixed-use development.

We are proud to have been involved in the delivery of this project and would like to commend Bovis and all those involved on its completion.
