Of course, we handled the refurb... and then took it on to rent out 🎨 🏠

And then? We shut the agency down because, honestly, running it (managing tenancies) was a ball ache 😤

It looks like a win 👀 but behind the scenes? A brutal but brilliant teacher 📚💡
