Another exceptional month for Jess, coming just after her first year with Wilfords. Last month was a record month for both Jess and our South West offices, at a time when the rental market is still finding its new normal following the implementation of the Renters’ Rights Act.

After a very busy summer, availability remains extremely low while demand continues to be strong. Pricing strategies are shifting as the market settles, while at the top end, where supply is more plentiful, tenants with larger budgets have more room to negotiate.
