From one house to three homes.

Completed in Redhill in 2023, this development transformed the original property into three contemporary townhouses, creating significantly more value from the site while keeping the architecture well proportioned and appropriate for the setting.

The project involved a complete demolition and development of the property, with new accommodation arranged across three floors, individual entrances and garages, and a cohesive external finish that gives the scheme a strong, unified identity.

A good development is never just about adding square metres. It is about understanding the potential of a site and turning it into something commercially stronger, better considered and built to last.

Hampstead, London — a full-house refurbishment shaped around craftsmanship, proportion and everyday living.

In this living room, the architectural detailing does most of the talking: a bespoke coffered ceiling adds depth and rhythm, while the marble fireplace creates a strong, timeless focal point.

The built-in bar was designed and made specifically for the space, with integrated wine storage and black-framed glazing giving it the feel of a private members’ club without overwhelming the room.

Balanced with bespoke joinery, wall panelling, herringbone flooring and a carefully considered lighting scheme, the result is refined, functional and made for real life.
