Not all loft conversions are created equal.

For this HMO project, our goal was to create something far beyond a standard rental room. We designed and delivered a premium loft suite featuring a spacious bedroom, dedicated work-from-home zone, bespoke fitted storage, and a beautifully appointed en-suite bathroom.

The rich herringbone flooring, deep olive feature walls, warm walnut finishes, and carefully layered lighting create a boutique hotel atmosphere while maintaining practicality for everyday living.

The en-suite was designed with the same attention to detail, combining timeless brass fittings, premium porcelain surfaces, and contemporary styling to elevate the resident experience.
