25 years.

When I started Living Residential, I could never have imagined the journey that lay ahead. Over the past quarter of a century, we have experienced booming markets, recessions, uncertainty, changing legislation, financial crises and everything in between. Like any business, there have been highs and lows, successes and setbacks, but one thing has remained constant throughout – hard work.

There is no secret formula to surviving and growing a business for 25 years. It takes commitment, resilience, determination and a willingness to keep moving forward when times are tough. The property market has tested us many times over the years, but every challenge has taught us something and made us stronger.

What makes me most proud is not the length of time we have been trading, but the relationships we have built along the way. We have had the privilege of helping thousands of people buy, sell, let and rent properties across North West London. Many clients who first came to us 20 or even 25 years ago are still with us today, and that loyalty is something I never take for granted.

Property is about much more than bricks and mortar. Behind every transaction is a person, a family, a new beginning or an important life decision. Being trusted to guide people through those moments has always been the greatest reward of this business.
