If you aren't finding the problems during the viewing, you'll be paying for them after completion.

Viewed this Liverpool property over a year ago with a key investor, using the moisture meter to find exactly what needs fixing. Every red bar on that meter is a point of negotiation on the price.

If your sourcer doesn’t show up to viewings looking like a structural engineer, you might have the wrong sourcer.
