Project Ynyscynon FINALLY wrapped up✊

This one’s been tough😅

Delays due to damp, delays due to Christmas, delays due to the builders on this project. Anything but progress to be honest 🤣

Lots of lessons learnt, mainly not what to do but that’s the 1st project in a nutshell if you’re thinking of starting flipping property🏚️🏠

It’s on the market, time to get it sold and move on to the next. Want to forget about this one and move on but will never forget the 1st one.

It’s been stressful, but that’s the reality of investing in property.

Next project coming soon. Much better systems, better build team and better investor going into it😤

Why your network is so important in property

Without a strong network I wouldn’t be able to deliver on this project for my client

Don’t make these 3 mistakes when buying your first flip🏚️✅

Learnt so much from purchasing my first flip, overall it’s going great but that hasn’t meant no issues.

It’s not about the issues it’s about adapting and overcoming them🫡

6 months in conveyancing, extra costs on the refurb, not having a survey done nearly cost us £10k!

Luckily we switched builder last minute and they pointed out the roof was in need of replacing. Went back to the drawing board and our sourcers negotiated the purchase price down for us😮‍💨 shoutout to John& Peter

Make sure you stay tuned to see how my first ever project goes📲

Also can’t take filming seriously so switching it up🤣😅
