Today we're celebrating a fantastic milestone as Rachel marks 10 years as part of the Regenta journey.
Rachel joined us as a Marketing Executive and, through hard work, dedication and a constant desire to develop, has progressed to Associate Director of Operations and Marketing.
During her career, Rachel spent time broadening her experience within the industry, gaining valuable insight and expertise that she later brought back to Regenta. That additional experience has played an important role in her development and the contribution she makes to the business today.
Rachel has become a pivotal member of our Senior Management Team, leading on key tender submissions, presentations and marketing initiatives, whilst ensuring our day-to-day operations continue to run to the highest standards. Her attention to detail, commitment to quality and ability to keep multiple moving parts aligned have made her an integral part of our continued growth.
Thank you for everything you have contributed over the past decade. We are incredibly fortunate to have you as part of the team and look forward to seeing what the next chapter brings.
