Perhaps the most original design among single-storey houseboats of the so-called “Euro format.” Unlike European analogues, it features ceilings of 2.3 meters (with options for higher ceilings upon request) and is suitable for year-round living, all while being more affordable! Whether you use it as a yacht, cottage, or house is up to you. It can be customized in a marine version (class “C” of European classification). For reference: the average European houseboat is single-story, 8-15 meters long, with ceilings of 2-2.1 meters, and is often used as a summer houseboat, frequently resembling a floating “utility building” covered with clapboard or siding.

Our first house on the water with engines. The customer’s idea was to make a house on the water with the ability to move within the Moscow reservoirs. We developed a house project with a helipad, but the customer decided that it would be superfluous in his project. A house made of SIP panels was installed on a catamaran-type steel platform 20×9 meters. Therefore, it has restrictions on the passage of waterways. You can order a similar project as a house on the water or a houseboat version with engines. In the houseboat version, the house on the water will be able to walk not only in calm water but also go out into large reservoirs and walk along the Volga.
