This is a representation of what can happen if you sweep your flat roofs Maintaiance under the carpet. This client had left this small leak that only come in in heavy rain to long.. as you can see this all could of been avoided with anual inspections and maintainance which costs are minimal compared to new joists plasterboards,plastering decoration etc

Most poeople think that flat roofs have to have a fall which is impartially incorrect , as these inverted roof systems like the one we are installing here is laid with zero rated falls and is designed to keep the membrane wet. This is the standard protocol when installing ballasted or green or blue roofing . This roof here was laid as a hot melt system which is modified bitumen laid with a rootb barrier membrane and comes with 20 year warranty kindly provided by our partner supplier Siltec waterproofing solutions

It’s about time the construction industry has caught up with other professions. Murrey. My star worker been with me for three years and love the fact that he produces some incredible work. Neatnes and quality in slate, tiles and felt. There is not many youngsters and come to think of it roofers that have such pride in there work smashing out turretts with mitred hips in plain tile and natural slate is regarded as the top end on a roofers skill set. It’s nice to see when your training pays off and you can give something back to your industry. Keep up the good work lad.

This is one of the lovely roofs we have completed working up North most of this year We love working with natural slate and installing this roof was a real pleasure. It’s good to get back to some local London based roofing now . Although Ithink we’ve got used to the less traffic being able to park no congestion zone. And yes believe it or not them northerners are much more friendlier. Good times.
