Introducing CNM Estates | Ashley Road, Walton-on-Thames 🏡

We are delighted to announce that planning has been granted on our site on Ashley Road, Walton on Thames.

The development will consist of 18 apartments following the demolition of 7 and 9 Ashley Road.

Works are due to start as early as this summer, with completion expected in the early stages of 2025 🎉

CNM Estates purchased the buildings housing the former Dorothy Perkins and Burton stores in Walton-on-Thames in May 2022.

Planning has been submitted for 40 serviced apartments, a 109-desk serviced office, and an ancillary/café space.

We were honored to be working alongside the Walton-on-Thames Business Improvement District throughout the progress of this scheme, and thank them for their continued support moving forward.

CNM Estates' plan for a new hub in the centre of Walton-on-Thames was met with overwhelming support from individuals, local businesses, and the Business Improvement District.
