We’re pleased to share that the Still Green Cohousing community in Wolverton is moving a step closer, with Milton Keynes City Council approving funding to progress the redevelopment of the Agora site.

This long-awaited project will bring new homes, walkable streets and shared green space into the town centre — and Still Green will be right at its heart.

Still Green is a cohousing community for people aged 50+, designed around shared spaces and everyday connection.

With construction expected to start in May 2026, the community are still welcoming new members to join the group.
