Good morning to all who have liked this page. It might be better if I create a 'group' for leaseholders who own a property at Cragie House, and alter this page for all residents. That way the closed group can discuss service charges or other matters that arise. I will set it up soon and we can see how we get along with it.

Virgin Media are no longer offering services to Cragie House (TV and Broadband) as the cladding has been put over the top of their cables! New services can therefore not be started though existing ones may continue for a while.

I have this week contacted Remax and asked them to take down their sign outside Cragie House. They are only allowed to erect the board and keep it there for 14 days. I have been assured it will be removed.
