Conversation with Joseph Powell, Housing officer for Landmann House on the Rennie Estate. All belongings need to be removed from the shared balconies as they are a fire risk and prevent the fire brigade obtaining access. Also the cleaners need to be able to access this area to unblock the rubbish chute. Letters will be put through your door today by JP.

Conversation today with Joseph Powell, the Landmann House housing officer at Southwark Council. Everyone needs to remove all their belongings from the communal balcony, shared between 2 flats, and ensure that there are no additional locks etc placed on doors, so that the rubbish chutes can be cleared. In addition, items placed there are a serious fire risk, and the fire brigade need to be able to access that area.

Join our committee and be part of a rewarding collective to see how LAS2000 takes your views forward. We meet once a month to discuss issues that affect you: service charges, major works, regeneration etc. and information updates.

Over the next few months LAS2000 will be steering the new Homeowners Information Centre - run by local authority leaseholders, for local authority leaseholders. It will be an extremely useful first port of call for information and will be accessible by phone, email, have a website and a walk-in service.
